وَقَالَتْ أُولَاهُمْ لِأُخْرَاهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
Und die erste von ihnen sagt zu der letzten: "Ihr habt doch keinen Vorzug gegenüber uns. So kostet die Strafe für das, was ihr verdient habt."
Und die erste von ihnen sagt zu der letzten: »Ihr habt nun keinen Vorzug gegenüber uns. Kostet die Pein für das, was ihr erworben habt.«
Then the former will say to the latter: "You have no privilege over us. So taste the punishment for what you had done."
Then the preceding ones among them say to the succeeding ones: "You are in no wise superior to us, so taste the punishment for all (the sins) that you were busy earning (through your belief and deeds)!"
And the first of them, (- their leaders) will say to the last of them (- the followers), `(If we are to blame), you (too) are no better than we. Suffer therefore, the punishment of your (evil) deeds.´
And the first of them will say unto the last of them: "So you were in no wise superior to us! 30 Taste, then, this suffering for all [the evil] that you were wont to do!"
And the first of them will say unto the last of them: ye have then no preference over us; taste then the torment for that which ye were wont to earn.
And the preceding groups will say to the latter, "So you too were no better than us, therefore taste the punishment for what you have done!"
Then the first will say to the last, "You have no preference (advantage) over us (or were no better than us), so taste you the penalty for that which you have earned!"
And their first said to their last: "So (there) was/is not was for you on us from grace/favour/blessing, so taste/experience the torture because (of) what you were gaining/acquiring ."
Then the first will say to the last: "If we were to blame, you too, were no better than us; now taste the punishment of your misdeeds."
He will say: Enter into the Fire among the nations that have passed away before you from among the jinn and men. Every time a nation enters it curses its sister; until when they all follow one another into it, the last of them will say with regard to the first of them: Our Lord, these led us astray, so give them a double chastisement of the Fire. He will say: Each one has double but you know not.
The first will then say, "You are no better than us; suffer the torment as the result of your deeds.
And the first of them saith unto the last of them: Ye were no whit better than us, so taste the doom for what ye used to earn.
And the foremost of them will say to the last of them: So you have no preference over us; therefore taste the chastisement for what you earned.
The first of them will say to the last of them: "You were not better than us, so taste the torment for what you used to earn."
Then the first will say to the last: "See then! No advantage have ye over us; so taste ye of the penalty for all that ye did !"
