يَقُولُونَ لَئِنْ رَجَعْنَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ لَيُخْرِجَنَّ الْأَعَزُّ مِنْهَا الْأَذَلَّ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَٰكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Sie sagen: "Wenn wir nach al-Madina zurückkehren, so wird ganz gewiß der Mächtigere den Niedrigeren aus ihr vertreiben." Doch Allah gehört die Macht, und auch Seinem Gesandten und den Gläubigen. Aber die Heuchler wissen nicht.
Sie sagen: »Wenn wir nach Medina zurückkehren, werden sicher die Mächtigen die Schwächeren aus ihr vertreiben.« Doch Gott gehört die Macht, und auch seinem Gesandten und den Gläubigen. Aber die Heuchler wissen nicht Bescheid.
They say: "If we now go back to Madina, the stronger will turn the weaker out." But power belongs to God, His Apostle and the faithful, though the hypocrites do not know.
They say: "For certain, if we return to Madinah, those with more status and power will drive out from it the weaker and lowlier ones." But all glory and might belong to God, and (by His leave) to His Messenger and the believers. But (being incapable of knowledge of the truth) the hypocrites do not know this.
They say, `If we return to Madînah, the most honourable and mightier will drive out the most mean from there.´ But (true) power and honour belongs to Allâh and His Messenger and to the believers. Yet the hypocrites do not know (it).
[And] they say, "Indeed, when we return to the City, 10 [we,] the ones most worthy of honour, will surely drive out therefrom those most contemptible ones!" However, all honour belongs to God, and [thus] to His Apostle and those who believe [in God]: but of this the hypocrites are not aware. 11
They say: surely, if we return to Madina the mightier shall drive out the meaner thence: whereas might is Allah´s and His apostle´s and the believers; yet the hypocrites know not.
They say, “If we return to Medinah, then indeed the honourable group will soon expel the lowly one”; whereas all honour belongs to Allah and to His Noble Messenger and to the Muslims, but the hypocrites do not know.
They say, "If we return to Medina, the mighty will surely drive out the weaker there from; but Might belongs to Allah, and to His Messenger and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not.
They say: "If (E) we returned to the city/town, the more dignified/honoured will bring out (exile) the most humiliated/weakest ." And to God (is) the glory/might/power , and to His messenger, and to the believers, and but the hypocrites do not know.
They say: "When we return to Madinah, the honorable ones will soon drive out the mean ones." But the honor belongs to Allah, to His Rasool and to the believers; but the hypocrites do not know.
They it is who say: Spend not on those who are with the Messenger of Allah that they may disperse. And Allah’s are the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites understand not.
They say, "When we return to Medina, the honorable ones will certainly drive out the mean ones." Honor belongs to God, His Messenger and the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.
They say: Surely, if we return to Al-Madinah the mightier will soon drive out the weaker; when might belongeth to Allah and to His messenger and to the believers; but the hypocrites know not.
They say: If we return to Medina, the mighty will surely drive out the meaner therefrom; and to Allah belongs the might and to His Messenger and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.
They (hyprocrites) say: "If we return to Al-Madinah, indeed the more honourable ('Abdullah bin Ubai bin Salul, the chief of hyprocrites at Al-Madinah) will expel therefrom the meaner (i.e. Allah's Messenger)." But honour, power and glory belong to Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not.
They say, "If we return to Medina, surely the more honourable (element) will expel therefrom the meaner." But honour belongs to Allah and His Messenger, and to the Believers; but the Hypocrites know not.
