وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ يُرْسِلَ الرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرَاتٍ وَلِيُذِيقَكُمْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَلِتَجْرِيَ الْفُلْكُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
Und es gehört zu Seinen Zeichen, daß Er die Winde als Verkünder froher Botschaft (voraus)sendet, und damit Er euch etwas von Seiner Barmherzigkeit kosten läßt und damit die Schiffe auf Seinen Befehl fahren und damit ihr nach etwas von Seiner Huld trachtet, und auf daß ihr dankbar sein möget.
Und es gehört zu seinen Zeichen, daß Er die Winde als Freudenboten schickt, damit Er euch etwas von seiner Barmherzigkeit kosten läßt, und damit die Schiffe auf seinen Befehl fahren, und damit ihr nach etwas von seiner Huld strebt, auf daß ihr dankbar seid.
Among His signs are the breezes He sends as harbingers of happy news, so that He may allow you to taste of His mercy, and that ships may sail by His command, and you may seek of His bounty, and may haply be grateful.
Among His signs is that He sends forth the merciful winds as glad tidings so that He may favor you with a taste of His mercy, and that ships may sail by His command (according to the laws He has established), and that you may seek of His bounty, and that (in recognition of all these favors of His) you may give thanks (to Him).
And (it is one) of His signs that He sends the winds as heralds of glad-tidings. He does it that He may let you enjoy (the blessings of) His mercy and that the ships may sail at His command and that you may seek His bounty and grace and so that you may render ( Him) thanks.
for among His wonders is this: He sends forth [His messages as He sends forth] the winds that bear glad tidings, 42 so that He might give you a taste of His grace [through life-giving rains], and that ships might sail at His behest, and that you might go about in quest of some of His bounties, and that you might have cause to be grateful.

And from His evidences/signs that He sends the winds/breezes announcers of good news, and to make you taste/experience from His mercy, and the ship/ships to flow/pass with His order/command, and ask/wish/desire from His grace/favour/blessing, and maybe/perhaps you thank/be grateful.
Of His signs is that He sends the winds as bearers of good news, and that He may let you taste His blessing, and your ships may sail by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be grateful.
Whoever disbelieves will be responsible for his disbelief; and whoever does good such prepare (good) for their own souls,
Some evidence of His existence is His sending the glad-news-bearing winds so that He would let you to receive His mercy, cause the ships to sail by His command, and let you seek His favor so that perhaps you would give Him thanks.
And of His signs is this: He sendeth herald winds to make you taste His mercy, and that the ships may sail at His command, and that ye may seek his favour, and that haply ye may be thankful.
