وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ وَكَانَ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ مَرْضِيًّا
Und er pflegte seinen Angehörigen das Gebet und die Abgabe zu befehlen, und er war seinem Herrn wohlgefällig.

He enjoined on his household worship and zakat, and he was obedient to his Lord.
He used to enjoin on his people the Prayer and the Prescribed Purifying Alms, and he was one favored and pleasing in his Lord’s sight.

And he was wont to command his household to the Prayer and the poor-rate, and he was with his Lord an approved one. *Chapter:19

And mention Ishmael in the Book; verily, he was true to his promise, and was a messenger and a prophet.
And (he) was ordering/commanding his family/people with the prayers and the charity/purification, and (he) was at his Lord accepted/approved.
He commanded his people to establish Salah and give Zakah, and was the one with whom his Rabb was well pleased.
And mention Ishmael in the Book. Surely he was truthful in promise, and he was a messenger, a prophet.
He would order his people to worship God and pay the religious tax. His Lord was pleased with him.
He enjoined upon his people worship and almsgiving, and was acceptable in the sight of his Lord.
And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased.
And he used to enjoin on his family and his people As-Salat (the prayers) and the Zakat, and his Lord was pleased with him.
He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord.
